I wanted to write a quick note to point out two extraordinary employees you have on staff at Mercedes Homes – Ann Marie Meyers and Matt Johnson who have made my purchase of a Mercedes Home an easy, smooth, and extremely pleasant transaction.

Ann Marie has an unbeatable level of customer service. She is very responsive and follows through on every customer inquiry and will do whatever it takes to please and resolve any situation. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and her high level of commitment and professionalism goes above and beyond her call of duty. Ann Marie does not even hold a candle to any other real estate professional I have worked with in the past. She is by far the very best in the business!

Matt is extremely handy and can fix just about anything on the spot. He is very courteous and was very fast with all the repairs that were required to quickly close on the property. Matt’s willingness to work with my inspector and fix all items on the punch list exemplifies his high level of diligence and customer service. Everything Matt touched was done with perfection which transpired and reflected onto the high quality of the Mercedes brand.

I have never worked with a builder that provided such a high level of customer service and satisfaction. My realtor and inspector both concur with my feedback – in the 20+ years they each have been in business, they have never engaged with a builder who was as accommodating as Mercedes Homes, doing whatever it took to make this a fast, positive and smooth transaction. I will without a doubt, purchase from Mercedes Homes again as well as recommend your company to my friends, family, and colleagues.
